Fine Touch believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore
a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

- You may cancel an order, other than from the product category “Straight from the
Heart”, by sending an e-mail with your order details to orders@yourspoetically.in.
If you cancel your order before we have commenced processing your order or 24 hours
from the time of placing the order, whichever is earlier, we will refund 75% of
the net price of the Product.
- If you cancel after we have commenced processing your product or 24 hours from the
time of placing the order:
- If your product is being processed / has been processed, but has not been shipped
or e-mailed, as the case may be, you will be entitled to a refund of 25% of the
net price of the Product.
- If the product has been shipped, it will be eligible
for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as per your expectations / to
your satisfaction, you must bring it to our notice within 24 hours of receiving
the product by sending an e-mail to orders@yourspoetically.in.
After looking into your complaint, we shall do our utmost to redress your grievance.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective print, frame or other material part of
our Product, we will be glad to replace the same / restore the damage at no cost
to you. However, any such defect or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours
of the delivery of the Product. However, the Product shall not be liable to be replaced
on account of any damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling of the Product
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion and without assigning
any reason thereon, under a situation where we are not able to meet the requirement
of the order placed or order so placed does not comply with our policy or for any
other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of
an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person
and complete refund will be made in reasonable time.
- Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a approximately
1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. You will be notified
of the same. The money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was
originally used to make the transaction.
